Welcome to Pierce Audio Inc. We are an American manufacturer specializing in subwoofer speakers for home theater, professional sound, and car audio applications. All products are designed, manufactured, and assembled in-house and built to order.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Once you receive an order confirmation, you are legally bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Ordering & Payment
  • All products are custom built to order.
  • Full payment is required in advance before we begin production.
  • Orders are considered accepted when we send an order confirmation via email or other written communication.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Once a build has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • In special circumstances, refund requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving payment for your order.
  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Products are shipped using reputable carriers.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
  • The Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or other events outside our control (force majeure).
  1. Warranty

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Warranty Policy in its entirety.

What is Covered

  • Defects in materials used in manufacturing.
  • Defects in workmanship that affect product performance.
  • Internal component failure under normal operating conditions.

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper installation, including incorrect amplifier settings.
  • Exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight beyond intended use.
  • Damage caused by shipping after initial delivery.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
  • Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, finish wear).

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product for warranty evaluation.
  • We cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you if the warranty claim is approved.
  1. Product Specifications & Variations
  • We make every effort to accurately represent our products in descriptions, photos, and specifications.
  • Because all products are handcrafted, minor variations in appearance, materials, or dimensions may occur.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Company’s maximum liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to other property.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, product designs, images, logos, and branding on our website are the property of Pierce Audio Incorporated and may not be used without prior written consent.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Washington, United States of America.
